  1. Step 01

    Choose Bangladesh

    The sender selects Bangladesh as the destination country from the partner platform.

  2. Step 02

    Select brand & value

    Choose a merchant brand and fixed voucher amount, such as BDT 500, 1,000, 2,000, or 5,000.

  3. Step 03

    Enter recipient details

    Provide the recipient's mobile number and/or email address.

  4. Step 04

    Pay & confirm order

    The sender pays through the international partner platform.

  5. Step 05

    Voucher is processed

    DeshConnect validates the order, assigns an available coupon code, and confirms the transaction.

  6. Step 06

    Recipient gets voucher

    Voucher details are sent to the recipient in Bangladesh by SMS and/or email.

  7. Step 07

    Recipient redeems

    The recipient uses the voucher code online or at an approved physical merchant outlet.

  8. Step 08

    Merchant validates

    The merchant checks the voucher code before redemption. Once redeemed, the voucher is marked as used.
