1. Who We Are

DeshConnect is owned and operated by NGAGE 360 Limited, Bangladesh. We run a digital gift voucher platform connecting the Bangladeshi diaspora (UK, USA, Canada, UAE and 30+ countries) with their families in Bangladesh through brand vouchers redeemable at merchants like Aarong, KFC, Shwapno, and more.

2. What We Collect

Your name, email, phone number, and country
Account login and OTP records
Order details: merchant, amount, payment reference, delivery status
Recipient name and contact details you provide
Device and browser info for security purposes
Messages you send to our support team

We do not store your full card number - payments go through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway.

3. How We Use It

To create your account and process voucher orders
To deliver vouchers to recipients by SMS and email
To send you receipts, confirmations, and expiry reminders
To detect fraud and comply with anti-money laundering rules
To respond to support queries

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Who We Share It With

Our payment partner - to process your payment securely
SMS/email providers - to deliver vouchers to recipients
Merchants - only the voucher code details they need for redemption
Bangladesh Bank and authorities - only where required by law

All third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and secure. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. You can manage these in your browser settings.

6. How Long We Keep Data

Transaction and account records are kept for up to 7 years as required by Bangladesh Bank regulations. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

8. Children

DeshConnect is for users 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
