What We Do
DeshConnect is a digital gift voucher platform owned by NGAGE 360 Limited. We let people living abroad buy brand vouchers - from brands like Aarong, KFC, Shwapno, Bata, and more - and send them instantly to family in Bangladesh by SMS and email. We are a marketplace only. We do not sell goods or services ourselves, and we are not responsible for what merchants provide.

Who Can Use It
You must be 18 or over to create an account and buy vouchers. By signing up you confirm your details are accurate and that you will keep your login secure.

Placing an Order
Choose a brand, select an amount in BDT, enter the recipient's phone number or email, and pay. Once you receive an order confirmation, the purchase is complete. Orders may be declined if payment fails or a fraud check flags an issue - any payment hold will clear within a few business days.

All Sales Are Final - No Refunds
All voucher purchases are non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed, the voucher code is issued immediately and the cost is settled with the merchant. We cannot cancel or reverse it.
We will only consider a refund if:
- A technical error on our side prevented the voucher from being issued after payment was taken - reported within 14 days
- A duplicate order was caused by a platform error
- The merchant permanently leaves the platform before your voucher expires and no alternative is offered

Voucher Rules
- Valid only at the merchant shown, for the amount purchased, before the expiry date
- Expiry dates are set by the merchant and shown at checkout - expired vouchers have no value
- Redemption conditions (minimum spend, excluded items, in-store vs online) are set by each merchant
- Any dispute about goods or services must be raised directly with the merchant

Our Responsibility
We are not liable for merchant refusals, delivery failures caused by incorrect recipient details you provided, or events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

Prohibited Use
Do not use DeshConnect for fraud, money laundering, reselling vouchers commercially, or attempting to hack or scrape the platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure.

Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or a site notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use means you accept the update.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangladesh.
